Catalin is a Romanian-born, UK-based ceramic artist and designer whose sculptural lamps and objects are shaped by the natural movement of raw clay. Influenced by his post-communist upbringing and a background in architecture, his self-taught practice balances experimentation with structural clarity.

His work has been exhibited internationally, including in London, Eindhoven, Bucharest, Athens, and Guadalajara. Across these contexts, Catalin continues to explore clay’s transformative potential as both material and narrative.
